After placing an order, your package will be delivered through USPS flat rate shipping within 5-10 business days. Flat rate shipping is calculated on a fixed rate, $5 should be enough for most orders.
Orders over $135 have free shipping.

The Information You Need to Know
Old Orchard Seed Co. guarantees that our seeds will germinate at 90%+ success rate for up to 12 months after date of sale when using our instructions. A copy of the germination instructions is mailed with every package of seeds and is also posted in our blog if you misplaced it. If you have issues with germination, please contact us through our email or on social media.
Storage tip: Seeds may be kept inside of an air-tight container like a mason jar inside of a refrigerator for years to retain viability, be sure to let the jar's condensation dry completely before opening.

Concerned about legality?
Old Orchard Seed Co does not sell cannabis, everything we sell is classified as hemp and shows up as 0.3% THC-Delta 9 or less by analysis of dry weight. The hemp farm act during 2018 states that cannabis plants and derivatives that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis are no longer controlled substances under federal law. The 2018 Farm Bill, however, explicitly preserved FDA’s authority to regulate products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds under the FD&C Act and section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act). FDA treats products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds as it does any other FDA-regulated products.
